How we handle your information.

Account information: when you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and password (stored only as a one-way hash — we never store or can see your actual password).

Content you provide: your watchlist symbols, and anything you send us directly — consultation booking details, waitlist signups, or questions asked through SmartTrader.ai.

Standard technical data: basic web server logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated automatically by hosting infrastructure, used only for operating and securing the site — we do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

To create and maintain your account, which also works on The Edge (the same login powers both).

To respond to consultation requests, waitlist signups, and other messages you send us.

To operate, secure, and improve the site — including detecting and rate-limiting abusive requests.

We do not sell your information. It's shared only where necessary to provide our services:

The Edge — shares the same account/database as this site, since one login works on both.

Prime.ai — when you ask SmartTrader.ai a question, only the text of that question is sent to generate a response; it is not linked to your account identity.

Google — if you book a consultation through our Google Calendar booking page, Google processes that booking directly under Google's own privacy policy.

Discord — if you join our community, your activity there is governed by Discord's own privacy policy, not this one.

Account data is stored in a Postgres database. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Sessions use signed JWT tokens. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We don't use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser's local storage is used to keep you logged in between visits — clearing it or logging out removes it.

You can log out at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, email us at primeinvestingcapital@gmail.com — account deletion is currently handled manually by our team, not through a self-service option.

Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of our products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will update the effective date below.
