PIC is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or asset manager, and does not manage client or investor funds. We do not place trades on your behalf, hold custody of your assets, or provide personalized portfolio management.

PIC's own proprietary capital — held in public equities and real estate, described elsewhere on this site — is funded entirely by PIC's own revenue and is managed separately from anything sold to customers. It is not a fund open to outside investors, and nothing about it changes the educational nature of the products described in Section 1.

The Edge and SmartTrader.ai use automated, algorithmic, and AI-generated analysis to surface setups, scans, and commentary. This output may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors, and should never be treated as a guaranteed or verified signal. You are responsible for independently confirming any information before relying on it.

Our live trading floor and community currently run on Discord, and consultations may use Google Meet or Google Calendar. PIC does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, or conduct of these third-party platforms.

Business consulting, 1-on-1 trader consulting, and portfolio advisory sessions are educational and strategic discussions, not personalized investment recommendations and not a managed-account or advisory relationship. No consulting session creates a fiduciary duty between you and PIC. Decisions you make during or after a consultation are yours alone.

By using this site, creating an account, enrolling in a bootcamp or course, joining the live trading floor, or booking a consultation, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with trading and investing, including the risk of total loss of capital.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Investing Capital, its founders, employees, contractors, traders, and affiliates are not liable or responsible for any trading or investment losses, missed opportunities, or damages of any kind arising from your use of our platform, content, courses, live trading floor, SmartTrader.ai, The Edge, or any consulting session — whether based on information we provided, a decision you made independently, or otherwise.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the loss arises from negligence, error, platform downtime, or any other cause, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
